My referral signed up without using my link. What can I do?

Most applications are reviewed promptly. You’ll receive an email notification once your application is approved.

How long does approval take?

Tracking is based on browser cookies. If the referred person used a different browser or device, cleared their cookies, or used incognito mode, the sign-up may not have been tracked. Contact us at contact@certifier.io and we’ll look into it.

Why can’t I see my sign-ups or rewards?

Every person who signs up through your link receives an additional 10% discount on any Certifier plan for their first year.

What discount do my referrals get?

The cookie duration is 60 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, the referral is attributed to you.

What’s the cookie duration?

Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. You can set your preferred method in your affiliate dashboard. The minimum payout threshold is $50.

How and when do I get paid?

Your commission for that customer stops from the next billing cycle onward. You keep all commissions earned up to the cancellation date. No commissions are clawed back for completed billing periods.

What happens if a referred customer cancels?

Your commission adjusts automatically. Since you earn 30% of whatever plan the customer is on, an upgrade means a higher commission and a downgrade means a lower one for the remainder of the 12-month period.

What if a referred customer upgrades or downgrades?

No. While being a customer helps you speak authentically about the product, it’s not a requirement. The program is free to join.

Do I need to be a Certifier customer to join?

No. There is no cap on referrals or total earnings. Your earning potential is unlimited.

Is there a cap on how much I can earn?

Yes. Many of our affiliates are active Certifier users. However, self-referrals are not permitted. They are detected automatically and will not be credited.

Certifier Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. DEFINITIONS

Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Affiliate Terms resulting from an event that was not foreseeable by exercising care required within professional occupational relations, that remains beyond the control of both you and us, and that could not be prevented by either party by exercising all due care, in particular such events as natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, pandemics, hacking attacks, state of emergency, actions of public authorities, internet or telecommunications failures, or the shutdown of the services of an external provider.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Affiliate Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) the operation or content of your Affiliate Site; or (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

You will not receive credit if the referred individual had already created a Certifier account, held an active paid subscription, or been in direct contact with our sales team before using your Referral Link, as reasonably determined by us.

Where required by applicable law (including FTC Endorsement Guidelines in the United States and equivalent EU requirements), you are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with us and that you earn a Commission for qualifying purchases made through your Referral Link.

This obligation survives the termination of your participation.
