Yes, you can. A single credential template can carry multiple designs at once, for example a Certificate design plus a Transcript design or a Certificate paired with both an Academic and a Diploma Supplement design, delivered together as one credential instead of separate documents.
Yes. The templates are starting points, not a requirement. You can open any template and edit the wording and fields to match what you already use, or start from a blank document in Certifier's editor and rebuild your own layout from scratch.
To start customizing a template, you'll need to sign up for a free account. The good news is the Starter plan is free forever, doesn't require a credit card, and covers up to 250 credentials a year.

Certifier’s template collection is built to help issuers across departments and industries, so you can start from whichever subcategory best matches your role:

  • checklists and evaluation forms suit safety and compliance teams (EMT, first aid, forklift operators) and HR (competency and practical assessments)

  • letter templates suit HR, L&D, and contractors

  • transcripts suit schools and registrars, HR teams tracking employee training, and professional associations issuing CEU credit

  • logs and trackers suit professional associations and licensing bodies running CPD or CME programs
