Certifier Forms

Issue certificates automatically on form submission

Collect recipient details and deliver credentials in one place. No third-party form tool, no connectors, no spreadsheet in the middle.

How a form submission becomes a certificate

  1. Adding a short answer field to a new form

    Step 1

    Build your certificate form

Start from a ready-made template or a blank form. Add the fields you need, with consent built in.

  2. Form link with copy and QR code download buttons

    Step 2

    Share it with recipients

Send a link, or display a QR code at your event. Recipients fill out the form in seconds, with no account needed.

  3. Form submitted trigger connected to an issue credential action

    Step 3

    Auto-issue certificates

Turn on automatic issuing, and every submission becomes a credential. Or save them as drafts to approve first.

Still got questions? We've got answers

Certifier Forms is a data-collection tool built into Certifier. It collects recipient details, like name and email, and can issue a digital certificate automatically once you connect the form to an automation that selects the template and maps the answers to it. The form and the issuing happen in the same place, so there’s no export step in between.
No. Certifier Forms is native, so you collect recipient data and issue certificates without an outside tool. If you use a form tool for quiz scoring or conditional logic, keep it — Forms doesn’t score answers or make issuing depend on them just yet.
Yes, through a spreadsheet. Send your form’s responses to Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and Certifier issues a certificate for each new row. That works with Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Typeform, Jotform, SurveyMonkey, and others. Zapier and Make are the other route.
No. Anyone with the link can fill out your form, and if it’s connected to automatic issuing, they receive their certificate by email. They don’t need to sign up or log in.
Yes. Forms is available on every plan, including free Starter accounts. The number of forms per workspace depends on your plan — 3 on Starter, 5 on Professional, 10 on Advanced — and submissions are unlimited.
Yes. Instead of issuing on submission, set the automation to save each one as a draft. Nothing goes out until you’ve checked the request and approved it.
Yes. Forms works as a standalone data collection tool. Every submission is stored, searchable, and exportable, whether or not it’s connected to automatic issuing.
