Professional slate blue workplace conduct and harassment prevention training badge template

Organizations that teach their code of conduct alongside harassment prevention can issue this workplace conduct training badge to every employee who completes the session. Employees can post it on LinkedIn, and its credential page shows the course, the year, and the policy version if you add one. A badge sits next to that documentation, but it doesn't replace your training record or a signed policy acknowledgment.

The design is a pennant shape with a pointed top in slate blue, framed by a thin light outline. A white circle holds a building icon above the issuer name (e.g., Fairfield Learning Hub). The title reads "Workplace Conduct &" in light capitals above a large white "Harassment Prevention", and a pale blue band at the bottom reads "Employee Training 2026". You can edit the icon, issuer name, title lines, band text, and colors.

Key features

  • Policy acknowledgment alongside the badge: Keep each employee's signed code of conduct acknowledgment in your HR system. Use a custom attribute to show the policy version (e.g., Code of Conduct v3) on the credential page. That way the badge points to the exact policy the training covered.
  • Pair it with a harassment certificate: Pick one from the sexual harassment certificate templates and attach it to the same credential. The credential page then shows both, along with the policy version.
  • Updates without reissuing: If an employee asks to fix a name or a detail, you edit the field and the public credential page updates right away. There's nothing to send again.
  • Shareable and verifiable: Each badge has a credential ID and verification link, so HR can confirm completion when a conduct question comes up.

With Certifier, you can edit this badge online, import attendees from a spreadsheet, and issue badges to everyone in a conduct training session in one run. Try conduct training badges free before your next session.
