Professional white and navy blue workplace DEI practitioner badge template

This workplace DEI practitioner badge lets DEI consultancies recognize client employees who complete a workplace inclusion program delivered for their employer. Issue it to each client's group with the certificate, and every LinkedIn share puts your consultancy's name in front of the participant's network. Anyone who clicks the badge, including the client's HR team, can open the credential page to see who ran the program.

The card-shaped badge has a navy blue header with your logo, a teal and orange stripe beneath it, and a white body. The program title is set in a bold navy blue slab serif, a gold pill shows the level, and the year sits below in teal. You can edit the logo, program title, level, and year for each engagement.

Key features

  • One badge per client: Duplicate the design for each engagement and keep every client's badges grouped together.
  • Pairs with the certificate: Issue it alongside the Professional midnight blue workplace DEI certificate, so each participant gets both from one client list.
  • Level label: The gold pill reads Practitioner by default, but you can change it to match your program's levels.
  • Shareable and verifiable: Participants share it on LinkedIn, and the client can confirm it from the credential page.

With Certifier, you can edit this badge online, automate issuing with Zapier, and issue badges to a client's whole group in one run. DEI consultancies can set up client DEI badges free on the Starter plan.

Featured fonts

  • This template pairs the slab serif Roboto Slab Medium for the title with Cairo Bold for the level label, a clear, professional mix for workplace practitioner badges.
