It needs to be reissued. As new activity comes in, you generate an updated log for that member or professional rather than the existing document updating itself in place.
Each log or tracker gets its own one-click Verify button on its public page, the same way a certificate does, so a licensing or accrediting body can check it directly. If you're on the Advanced plan, there's also one shared Verification Page across your whole Issuer's Portal, where anyone can look up any of your credentials, logs and certificates included, by its unique ID.
Yes. Import your activity data from a spreadsheet, or from one of Certifier's integrations, and it populates the log template rather than requiring you to re-enter everything by hand.
