How Certifier integrates with Salesforce
Certifier connects to Salesforce directly, without a spreadsheet or third-party connector in between. You pick one field to watch on a Salesforce object, such as a certification status field on a Contact, and that field becomes the trigger. When that field's value changes, Certifier automatically issues and delivers a credential to that record's contact.
You only need to configure this integration once. From then on, every matching field change issues a credential automatically, with no extra setup.

Key benefits
Automatic issuance
When a tracked field changes on a Contact, Lead, or Opportunity, Certifier issues and sends the credential right away, with no extra subscription or workaround needed.
Self-serve verification
Every Certifier credential ships with verification link, so recipients and employers can verify its authenticity on their own without flooding your inbox.
Quick setup
Pick the field to track, connect your Salesforce account, and configure the Issue Credential action, all done in a few simple clicks.
Is this integration right for you?
Use Certifier integration if you want every new record change to trigger the credential issuance.
Training programs
Recognize a rep or partner the moment a certification or training field on their record reaches the qualifying value, without a manual review step.
Customer success and onboarding
Issue an onboarding-complete or milestone credential the instant a Contact's status field changes, so recognition lands the same day, not at the end of a reporting cycle.
Partner and channel programs
Certify partners as they move through tiers or training levels tracked on Salesforce records, and keep every certification tied back to the record that triggered it.
