How does the Certifier Zoom integration work?

Once authorized through the Zoom App Marketplace , Certifier automatically detects when your webinars or meetings end. It pulls the attendee list, validates their attendance time, maps their registration details to your Zoom certificate template, and emails the PDF certificates.

Can I limit Zoom certificates to attendees who stayed for the entire webinar?

Yes. Certifier allows you to set an attendance duration threshold. You can specify the minimum number of minutes or percentage of the meeting an attendee must be present to qualify for a Zoom certificate of attendance.

Do webinar attendees need a Certifier account?

No. Attendees receive their certificates directly in their email inbox as a secure PDF and a link to a verifiable digital credential page . They don't need to register or log in to Certifier.

Is the Zoom integration available on the free plan?

Yes. The Zoom integration is available to all Certifier users, including those on the free plan . However, standard monthly issuance limits of your selected plan still apply.

How Certifier integrates with Zoom

Certifier connects supported Zoom attendance events with credential issuing. When a meeting or webinar ends, Certifier can use participant data from Zoom to automatically create and deliver a certificate, badge, or digital credential from your chosen Credential Template.

Set a minimum attendance percentage when you don't want a brief join to count as completion. Only attendees who reach the threshold you choose qualify for the credential.

Setup steps

Choose a Zoom event, like Meeting Ended or Webinar Ended, you'd like to lead to an action.
