How Certifier integrates with Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Forms writes each new response into a connected Excel Online workbook. Certifier monitors the selected worksheet, reads the mapped response values, and issues a certificate, badge, or digital credential from your chosen Credential Template.
Recipient Name and Recipient Email must be included as required questions. Other responses, such as score, course, date, department, or employee ID, can populate credential fields and custom attributes.
