How Certifier integrates with Google Sheets

Certifier connects Google Sheets rows directly to your credentialing process. When you add a new row of recipient data to your spreadsheet, Certifier automatically generates and delivers a certificate, badge, or digital credential using your chosen Credential Template.

Setup steps

    Select your trigger event. Open the Trigger Configuration in Certifier, select Google Sheets as the app, and choose New Row Added as the trigger.

    Authorize your Google account. Choose the Google account that owns your spreadsheets and approve the required file access permissions.

    Choose your Sheet and Worksheet. Select the target spreadsheet from Google Drive, then the worksheet that contains your recipient list.

    Map spreadsheet columns to your published Credential Template, including recipient names and emails.

    Optionally map custom attributes like grade, course name, or expiration date.

    Test the integration in draft mode, then activate the workflow to automate certificate delivery.
