How Certifier integrates with Supabase
Certifier connects directly to your Supabase project with an API key — no sheets or third-party tool needed. Certifier simply tracks your table and turns each newly added row into a credential automatically.
You set the integration once: pick a credential design and map your table's columns to certificate fields — recipient name, email, date, and anything else you want to be featured on the credential. After the initial setup, each new row becomes a fully personalized, issued credential with no additional input.

Setup steps
- 1
In Supabase, create a clean table with a primary key column, a recipient name column, and a recipient email column, and add one real record to it.
- 2
In Certifier, design or choose the credential template you'll be issuing.
- 3
Go to Integrations tab, choose the Supabase template, and connect your project using its URL and API key.
- 4
Select the table you just created to watch, set the primary key as the order column, and map your columns to the credential's fields.
- 5
Save and activate the automation, then insert one test row to confirm a credential goes out before you point real data at the table.

Key benefits
Automated issuance from Supabase
Personalized, branded certificates or badges are issued automatically as soon as your table adds a new row, without you having to manually export names and email recipients.
Verifiable credentials
Every credential issued by Certifier is fully verifiable and trackable — each one comes with its own verification link that anyone can check independently.
Lightning-quick setup
Paste in your API key, link your Supabase columns to a credential, and you're live in minutes — no extra integration layer and nothing left to configure after that.
Is this integration right for you?
Use this integration if you want credentials issued automatically from your Supabase table.
Membership & community programs
Write a new row whenever a member reaches a tier or milestone, and the Certifier turns it into a badge on the spot. Add a new milestone any time without building a separate workflow to support it.
Bootcamps and skills programs
Issue certificates the moment a learner's row crosses your passing threshold — independent of where the rest of the cohort is in grading. Fast finishers don't wait on slow ones, and nobody waits on an admin to run a batch at the end of the term.
Cohort-based training teams
When a learner's row in your platform flips to complete, Certifier issues their certificate automatically — using the completion data you're already tracking, not a new list you'd have to build.
