Your inclusion office can issue this DEI foundations badge to every employee who completes the first level of your organization's inclusion training. HR teams can send it to all staff with the certificate, and each time an employee adds it to LinkedIn or an email signature, colleagues and peers see your program. Each badge links to a credential page that shows your organization as the issuer.

The round badge has a navy blue outer ring dotted with gold, a thin gold rule, a cream center, and a navy blue ribbon banner for the level and year. Your emblem sits at the top in a navy blue circle, above the program name in a navy blue serif and the word "Certificate" in gold capitals. You can edit the emblem, program name, level, and year, so the same badge can read Inclusion Foundations or Respectful Workplace Foundations.
