How Certifier integrates with ClickMeeting
Certifier currently connects to ClickMeeting through Zapier. A supported ClickMeeting event starts the Zap, Zapier passes the available attendee or event data, and Certifier creates the certificate, badge, or digital credential from your Credential Template.
Use the New Attendee trigger for participants who joined without registration, and configure the Certifier action to issue and send depending on your data and eligibility rules.
Test the available trigger data before automating attendance certificates. ClickMeeting's New Registrant trigger confirms registration, but not participation, so a reviewed attendee export doesn’t provide attendance evidence.

Setup steps

Prepare the Certifier Credential Template for the ClickMeeting webinar, course, or event.

In Zapier, choose ClickMeeting as the trigger app and select New Attendee or New Upcoming Event with Registration.

Connect ClickMeeting, Zapier, and Certifier, then choose the relevant room or event and test the trigger data.

For attendee recognition, choose Certifier's Issue Credential action and map Group Name, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, issue date, expiration date, and custom fields.

For event preparation, choose Certifier's Create Group action and map the event name, certificate or badge design, and optional learning event URL.

Always test the complete workflow. Use draft credentials if attendance or recipient data needs review, then publish the Zap.
