How Certifier integrates with GoTo Webinar
Certifier connects to GoTo Webinar through Zapier. When GoTo Webinar reports a new attendee, Zapier passes the participant data to Certifier, which then issues and sends the digital credential, certificate or badge.
Zapier defines New Attendee as the event for registrants completing a webinar, making it the appropriate trigger for participation credentials, while New Registrant proves registration only.
Use the Create Group action in Certifier with New Upcoming Webinar when each new session should have its own credential group before attendee issuing begins.

Setup steps

Settle which Certifier Credential Template you want to use for the webinar or recurring event.

In Zapier, choose GoTo Webinar as the trigger app and select New Attendee for attendance-based issuing.

Connect GoTo Webinar, Zapier, and Certifier, select the target webinar, and test the trigger with controlled attendee data.

Choose Certifier's Issue Credential action and map Group Name, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, issue date, expiration date, and any custom fields you need.
