How Certifier integrates with Intercom
Certifier connects with Intercom through connectors like Zapier, so selected events can trigger credentials automatically. Your team keeps managing customer activity in Intercom, while Certifier handles issuance once someone reaches a qualifying milestone.
Milestones could include a lead conversion triggering a welcome credential or lead tags marking achievements like onboarding or advocacy.
Once the event is recorded, the connector passes the recipient’s details to Certifier, which creates and emails a certificate, badge, or credential using your chosen design.
