How Certifier integrates with PETE LMS
Certifier connects with PETE LMS (formerly Pluto LMS) through no-code tools like Zapier. After linking both accounts, you choose which PETE events should start the credential workflow.
The connector passes the relevant learner and course data to Certifier, which fills in and issues a certificate, badge, or credential automatically.
Like PETE, Certifier supports custom designs, scheduled expiry, secure verification, and live updates. But a Certifier template can combine several designs in one credential package, letting you generate additional transcripts or completion records without cluttering the main certificate.

Setup steps

Create a new Zap and select Pluto LMS (PETE LMS’s legacy name) as the trigger app.

Choose a trigger action to kickstart certificates — e.g., “New User in Segment” for qualified learners, or “New User Created” for onboarding or welcome credentials.

Connect your account and, for segment-based issuing, select the user segment under “Cohort ID.”

Add a search step if the credential needs course completion, grades, or activity-level training data.

Add Certifier as the action app and choose “Issue Credential” for the action event.

Select your multi-design Credential Template and map learner and available course fields.

Test with sample data to confirm each personalized design fills correctly, then publish.
