How Certifier integrates with SurveyMonkey
The SurveyMonkey integration connects to Certifier through a Google Sheet. Each valid survey submission is added to the sheet as a new row, and every new row prompts Certifier to issue a personalized credential and send it to the respondent.
You decide what appears on each credential with quick column mapping. Each survey question becomes a column, which you link to a field on your credential design, so a name, a course title, or a date lands in the right place on every credential before it is sent.

Setup steps

In SurveyMonkey, start from an empty survey and add two required questions: Recipient Name and Recipient Email.

Open SurveyMonkey Connect Apps, add Google Sheets, and create a new connected sheet.

In Certifier, create and publish the credential template you want to issue.

Go to Integrations, create a new integration, and select the SurveyMonkey template.

Connect it via Google Sheets, then set the trigger to your connected sheet so new rows are picked up automatically.

Set up the Issue Credential action and map your columns to name, email, and any other fields you want on the credential.
