How Certifier integrates with eFront Pro
Certifier integrates with eFront Pro through connectors like Zapier. Selected events in eFront trigger the connector to pass learner and course data to Certifier. Then, Certifier issues a certificate, badge, or credential from a chosen template and emails it to the qualifying recipient.
Your team continues handling training in eFront while Certifier takes over certificate management, adding self-service recipient pages for easier access, validity checks, and update requests.
Different business units or programs can use separate Certifier groups with their own branded designs. Like eFront, Certifier also tracks issue and expiration dates and supports recertification reminders.
