From there, Certifier reads each attendee's details from Eventbrite and automatically issues their credential.

Yes. Connecting Eventbrite is not gated behind a paid tier. Your Certifier pricing plan only sets the number of credentials you can issue per year, and each auto-issued credential counts toward that allowance just like a manual one. If you reach the limit mid-event, issuing does not fail. Extra credentials are saved as drafts you can send once your allowance resets or you upgrade.
No. Your attendees do not need to create a Certifier account. Each recipient receives a link to their credentials via email. From there, they can access, view, and download their certificates or badges at any time.
The automation only acts on registrations and check-ins that happen after you activate it, so anyone already on your list beforehand is passed over. If you do want to credential them, re-registering or re-checking them will trigger their credential. Otherwise, a bulk CSV import is the cleaner way to cover everyone who qualified before launch.
Each fresh registration or check-in issues a credential. If one is canceled and then occurs again, the automation treats it as a new action and issues the credential again. Each valid registration or check-in earns its own credential.
