How Certifier integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Certifier connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 through third-party integration platforms like Zapier or Make. The workflow starts when Dynamics records a clear milestone, like a course completion or event attendance. The integration sends the recipient and program data to Certifier, which creates the selected certificate, badge, or credential.
Map names, emails, and achievement details to Certifier’s dynamic fields during setup. Once done, recipients automatically receive credentials by email, with built-in links to verify authenticity and share them online.

Setup steps

Create a new Zap and select Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as the trigger application, with the Custom Entity as the trigger event.

Connect your Microsoft account and grant permissions.

Click the Entity dropdown and pick your course or event table. Click "+" to add a Filter by Zapier, setting the status field to “Completed.”

Choose Certifier as the Action app, with Issue Credential as the Action event.

Connect your Certifier account, select your certificate template, and map the required fields.

Test the workflow, inspecting which Dynamics fields appear publicly before launch, and publish the Zap.
