You choose the event to monitor, and the connector sends data straight into Certifier. Registration and event hosting stay in RingCentral as usual. Certifier simply takes over the certificate work, from design and personalization to delivery and record management.
When someone registers, Certifier will turn their details into a personalized certificate, badge, or credential and send it automatically—no CSV uploads or manual mailing lists. Recipients also get dedicated pages to download or share their credentials, with verification built in.

If using Zapier, you can only use the “Get Event Registrations” trigger, which generates certificates for all registrants, whether they attended or not. But there’s a workaround.
Export RingCentral’s Attendees report as a CSV and use that to bulk-issue certificates only for these participants. The process is semi-automated and requires no Zapier connection, as Google Sheets integrates with Certifier natively.
The integration cost depends on your expected credential volume. You can connect RingCentral Events to Zapier for free, but you’ll get a monthly limit of 100 tasks; each issued certificate counts towards this limit.
Certifier has a free forever plan, but with limited features. You’ll get 250 yearly credentials and access to the template library, design tools, and mass issuing.

Yes. You can correct live credentials instantly from the Certifier dashboard without reissuing a new file. Simply update the attendee’s name or details in your dashboard.
