How Certifier integrates with RingCentral Events
Certifier connects to RingCentral Events through connectors like Zapier, so you can automate workflows without writing code.
You choose the event to monitor, and the connector sends data straight into Certifier. Registration and event hosting stay in RingCentral as usual. Certifier simply takes over the certificate work, from design and personalization to delivery and record management.
When someone registers, Certifier will turn their details into a personalized certificate, badge, or credential and send it automatically—no CSV uploads or manual mailing lists. Recipients also get dedicated pages to download or share their credentials, with verification built in.

Setup steps

Create a new Zap and select RingCentral Events as the trigger app.

Choose “Get Event Registrations,” then enter the slug for the event you want to monitor.

Connect your RingCentral Events account and test the trigger to load registration data.

Add Certifier as the action app and choose “Issue Credential” as the action event.

Select the Certifier Group linked to your credential design, then map recipient and event data.
