How Certifier integrates with Docebo
Certifier integrates with Docebo directly. Thanks to Certifier’s built-in workflow, the process requires no external platforms or coding. You connect both accounts, select a course to monitor, and choose your certificate design.
Then, when someone finishes training, Docebo will send their name, email, and completion details to Certifier. Certifier will use this data to personalize a certificate, badge, or credential using your design and automatically email it to the recipient.
Each email links to a public-facing page where recipients can download or share their certificate online. Third parties can also verify the certificate with a single click through the same portal.

Frequently asked questions
No, you don't need a developer to connect Docebo to Certifier. The setup is entirely code-free.
Just open both admin dashboards, copy Certifier's redirect URL into a new Docebo OAuth2 app, then enter your Docebo client credentials in Certifier to authorize the connection.
Many of the features covered on this page start on Certifier’s Professional plan, including expiration dates, QR codes for verifying printed credentials, and multi-page certificates.
You also get up to 1,000 issuances per year, with the option to increase your limit without changing plans. Premium branding, including white-label wallet pages, is available as a paid add-on or included in the Advanced plan.
No, you can't edit an active automation in Certifier. To change the selected course, template, or delivery settings, you'll need to delete the existing automation and create a new one.
However, while you can’t select a different template for an already active workflow, you can still edit the design of an existing template without starting over. Those changes will also appear on previously issued credentials.
Yes, you can issue credentials for past Docebo completions, but not with the automated workflow. The integration works only when it sees a "Course Completed" trigger.
If you have a backlog, you can export those completion records from Docebo and upload the recipient list to Certifier as a CSV file. Then, you can issue and email the credentials in bulk.
No, your trainees or clients don’t need a Certifier account to access their credentials. They’ll receive an email with a link to their online credential page, where they can view, download, or share their certificate or badge without signing up.
Anyone with the public link can also view and verify the credential.
