How Certifier integrates with Slack
Slack and Certifier connect through Zapier, a no-code tool that passes data between apps when a set event happens. You choose which Slack activity triggers a credential, like joining a channel after onboarding or getting a manager’s approval reaction after qualification.
Zapier looks up the member’s details, such as their name and email, and sends them to Certifier. Certifier adds the recipient and relevant milestone details to your prepared certificate, badge, or credential design, then emails it automatically.
Future recipients who meet the same rule follow the same process, helping you save time and cut manual admin work.
