Trauma-Informed Care Training
Use these trauma-informed care certificate templates to give every clinician, staff member, and educator who completes your training a record they can keep and share.
Choose a template for a CE workshop, a hospital-wide rollout, a school in-service day, or a peer-support pathway. Add your logo, contact hours, and your accreditor's details, then import completions from a spreadsheet or connect your webinar platform to issue a whole group at once.
Each certificate links to its own credential page, where employers, licensing boards, and surveyors can check it.

FAQ about trauma-informed care certificate templates
Answers to common questions from CE providers, health systems, schools, and community agencies.
Yes. Every template here can be customized on Certifier's free Starter plan, which includes up to 250 credentials a year. Edit the design online or download the Word file. QR codes are available on the Professional and Advanced plans; on Starter, each certificate still links to a credential page anyone can open.
A trauma-informed care CE certificate usually needs the participant's name, program title and date, contact hours, provider or approval number, approval statement, and an authorized signature. Every field on these templates can be renamed, so check your accreditor's list before you issue.
No. Only approved providers can award accredited CE. These are NBCC-approved providers for counselors, NASW or ASWB ACE providers for social workers, APA-approved sponsors for psychologists, and ANCC-accredited or approved providers for nurses.
If your organization isn't approved, you can still issue a certificate of completion or attendance that lists the hours, but it can't claim accredited CE.
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of up to 1,000 recipients per upload, or connect your LMS or HR system so certificates go out as staff finish. Add role and department fields so each record shows who was trained. Every certificate stays in your Credential Repository, which helps when an accreditation survey asks for training records.
No. A trauma-informed care certificate shows that someone completed a training program. A certification usually means a separate body assessed the person against a standard, and it often needs renewal. If your program includes an assessment, say so on the certificate, and on the Professional or Advanced plan, add an expiry date if it needs renewal.
Every trauma-informed care certificate issued through Certifier links to a credential page that shows the issuer, the recipient, the date issued, and the credential ID. Anyone can open the link, on every plan. On Professional and Advanced, the QR code on the certificate opens the same page.
