Professional lavender community trauma-informed care certificate template

This free community trauma-informed care certificate shows that a caseworker, outreach worker, or volunteer completed your training. It's meant for social service agencies and community learning networks that train people working directly with families and individuals in community settings.

The design places a white card with rounded corners on a soft lavender background with overlapping purple shapes. Your logo and network name sit top left, and a purple pill top right shows the recipient's role. "Certificate of Completion" appears in light purple capitals above a bold purple "Trauma-Informed Care" title.

The name is in a friendly script, and three lavender pills hold contact hours, completion date, and certificate ID. A QR code sits centered between the two signatures.

When a training cohort finishes, import attendance from a spreadsheet, connect your LMS, or send records from your intake form with Zapier. Each person gets a credential page with a verification link on every plan.

What is a community trauma-informed care certificate?

A community trauma-informed care certificate is a record that a community worker completed trauma-informed care training, often covering safety, trust, choice, and support for recovery. Agencies use it to show funders and partners that their staff are trained, and workers keep it as proof of their own development.

The certificate records attendance and hours, but it doesn't qualify anyone to provide clinical care.

This template is laid out on A4 landscape (29.7 x 21 cm). Sign up for a free Certifier account to add your network's details.

How to issue community trauma-informed care certificates

  1. Brand it for your network: Add your logo, program name, and signers. Edit the training description to match your curriculum.
  2. Collect attendance: Record names, emails, roles, and hours at each session, in a spreadsheet or an online form.
  3. Issue to the group: Upload the spreadsheet, or connect your form through Zapier so certificates go out when a record is added. Each person gets an email with their certificate.
