Professional classic blue AI ethics and governance certificate template
This free AI ethics and governance certificate confirms that a person was assessed and certified against your organization's AI governance framework. It suits professional associations, councils, and standards bodies that run a formal certification. Course providers whose top level ends in a certified status can use it too.
A border of repeated blue square tiles frames a pale blue-grey page. Your logo sits at the top center above a navy serif title in capitals, and a dark round "Accredited" seal sits to the left. A gold-outlined "Certified" box and the issue, valid until, and recertification dates sit under the description, while two signature lines, a QR code, and the certificate ID fill the bottom.
When your certification panel signs off on a group of candidates, import the results from a spreadsheet or connect your LMS and issue every certificate at once. Each certified person gets a credential page with a verification link on every plan. On the Professional and Advanced plans, the QR code opens the same page.
What is an AI ethics and governance certificate?
An AI ethics and governance certificate is the formal record that a person passed your certification assessment and holds certified status for a set period. It usually names the framework they were assessed against, shows their status, and says when renewal is due.
The sample shows an "Accredited" seal. Keep it only if your certification program is accredited by a recognized body. If it isn't, swap in your own seal or remove it.
The certificate records your organization's decision. Its weight comes from your assessment and your name as the issuer.
