Professional burgundy hospitality apprenticeship certificate template

This free hospitality apprenticeship certificate records that an apprentice completed your program through supervised work at a hotel, restaurant, or venue. It's made for hospitality training providers and the host employers they place apprentices with, so both can recognize the apprentice's progress before or alongside the formal assessment.

A deep burgundy frame surrounds a white panel edged with a thin gold line. A burgundy ribbon runs down the right side, holding a gold "Certified 2026" medallion and the level, duration, and apprentice ID.

When a group finishes, import their records from a spreadsheet or connect your LMS and send every certificate at once. Each apprentice gets a credential page with a verification link that a hiring manager can open. On the Professional and Advanced plans, the QR code opens the same page.

What is a hospitality apprenticeship certificate?

A hospitality apprenticeship certificate is a document a training provider or host employer issues to recognize an apprentice's work-based training in a hospitality role. It usually names the level, the competencies covered, and where the apprentice trained.

In England, the official apprenticeship certificate is a separate document: the end-point assessment organisation requests it from the Department for Education once the apprentice passes end-point assessment. Name the stage your certificate covers, such as program completion or gateway readiness, so it isn't confused with that one.

What should a hospitality apprenticeship certificate include?

Show the role, the level, and the skills covered, so a future employer can see what the apprentice can do.

  • Training provider block: Your logo and name (e.g., Nanny Hospitality College, Training Provider).

Dynamic fields (automatically populated by Certifier)

  • Recipient name: The apprentice's full name (e.g., Sofia Castellanos-Reid).
  • Occupation: The apprenticeship title (e.g., Hospitality Management).
  • Competencies: The skills covered (e.g., Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Health & Safety).

How to issue hospitality apprenticeship certificates

  1. Brand the certificate: Add your logo, adjust the ribbon color if you like, and upload your program director's signature.
  2. Collect host employer details: Add each apprentice's host employer and the representative who signs for them as columns in your spreadsheet.
  3. Map competencies per apprentice: Put each apprentice's competencies in a column, so a front-office apprentice and a kitchen apprentice each get an accurate list.
  4. Issue and follow up: Send the batch, then use the Credential Repository to see who opened and shared their certificate.
