Formal beige culinary apprenticeship certificate template

This free culinary apprenticeship certificate celebrates a cook who completed your apprenticeship through supervised kitchen practice, skills development, and practical assessment. It's designed for culinary schools and restaurant groups that run multi-year programs and want the head chef's signature on every certificate.

An ornamental border of interlocking tan motifs frames a warm off-white field. Your logo sits at the top (e.g., Northstar Culinary Institute), above "Certificate of" in taupe capitals and "Apprenticeship Completion" in a dark serif. The recipient name is set in italic taupe, followed by the program in capitals.

At the end of the year, upload your cohort from a spreadsheet or connect your LMS and send every certificate at once. Each apprentice gets a credential page with a verification link that a future head chef or restaurant owner can open. On the Professional and Advanced plans, the QR code opens the same page.

What is a culinary apprenticeship certificate?

A culinary apprenticeship certificate is a document a culinary school or restaurant group issues to recognize a cook who completed its apprenticeship program. It often shows the program's structure year by year, so a reader can see the path from foundation skills to independent kitchen work.

It isn't the government-issued completion record. Your certificate recognizes the kitchen training you and your host employers delivered.

This template is laid out on A4 landscape (29.7 x 21 cm). Sign up for a free Certifier account to issue it to your next cohort.

  2. Upload the cohort: Import names, emails, program, host employer, period, duration, and apprentice IDs from a spreadsheet or your LMS.
  3. Issue at the end of the program: Send every certificate at once, ahead of your graduation dinner or awards night.

No. A culinary apprenticeship certificate from your school or restaurant group recognizes your program, not a formal qualification. Name the stage your certificate covers, such as Year 1 or program completion, so cooks and employers don't mistake it for either.
