Professional purple plumbing apprenticeship certificate template

This free plumbing apprenticeship certificate recognizes an apprentice who completed supervised site practice and technical training in plumbing and heating. It's made for plumbing and heating associations and training centers that place apprentices with host employers and want the employer's name on the certificate next to their own.

The top two-thirds is light grey with a subtle diamond pattern. A large deep purple serif title, "Apprenticeship Certificate", sits over an italic recipient name and the trade in bold purple. There’s a deep purple band along the bottom holds signature lines for a training manager and a workplace supervisor.

If your records sit in a CRM or member database, connect it through Zapier and issue as apprentices complete, or upload a spreadsheet at year end. Each apprentice gets a credential page with a verification link that a customer or new employer can open. On the Professional and Advanced plans, the QR code opens the same page.

What is a plumbing apprenticeship certificate?

A plumbing apprenticeship certificate is a document a training center or association issues when an apprentice completes its plumbing and heating program. It usually names the host employer where the apprentice worked. Plumbing associations often present it at graduation, and apprentices can share it with customers and future employers.

In the US, a registered apprenticeship's official certificate of completion comes from the Registration Agency. That agency is either the Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship or a State Apprenticeship Agency. Your certificate doesn't replace it, meaning it isn't a plumbing license.

How to issue plumbing apprenticeship certificates

  1. Set up one design per host employer: Add your logo, then duplicate the design for each host employer and swap in their logo and supervisor's signature.
  2. Connect your records: Send completions from your member database or CRM through Zapier, or upload a spreadsheet with names, emails, trade, level, dates, and apprentice IDs.
  3. Issue to each employer's apprentices: Send each group from its design. Every apprentice gets an email with their certificate and credential page.

Yes. Certifier connects to a member database or CRM through native integrations, Zapier, or the API, on every plan including Starter. Completions then flow in without a spreadsheet upload.
