Formal rose pink DEI certificate of achievement template
This free DEI certificate of achievement recognizes a learner who completed your diversity, equity, and inclusion certificate program. It suits universities, schools of continuing and professional studies, and other academic providers that run open or custom programs with more than one level.
The pale rose pink background has a faint crest watermark and a plum and magenta diamond lattice around the edge, with solid squares at each corner. Under the university crest and name, "Certificate of Achievement" is set in magenta italics above the program title in plum. Three underlined fields hold the level, issue date, and certificate ID.
At the end of each term or cohort, import results from a spreadsheet with a column for each learner's level, and issue every certificate in one run. Each learner gets a credential page with a verification link on every plan and can add the credential to LinkedIn.
What is a DEI certificate of achievement?
A DEI certificate of achievement shows that a named learner completed a structured diversity, equity, and inclusion program, usually made up of several sessions or modules. Programs often cover inclusion, accessibility, cultural awareness, and equitable leadership. The level on the certificate tells an employer how deep the learner went.
It records completion of your program and the level reached. It isn't an academic degree, a licence, or a professional designation, so keep the wording to what the program actually assessed.
This template is laid out on A4 landscape (29.7 x 21 cm). Sign up for a free Certifier account to set your levels and start issuing.
What should a DEI certificate of achievement include?
An academic certificate should show the institution, the program, the level reached, and who signed it off.

How to issue DEI certificates of achievement by level
- Set up the design once: Add your crest, school name, and both signatures. Keep the level as a dynamic field so one design covers every level.
- Add a level column to your results sheet: List each learner's name, email, and level (for example, Foundation, Intermediate, or Advanced), then upload it.
- Issue at the end of the cohort: Certifier emails each learner a certificate showing their own level, with a link to their credential page.
- Let learners share it: Learners add the credential to LinkedIn or download a PDF. Employers open the verification link to confirm the level.
