Professional sage green public speaking achievement certificate template
This free public speaking achievement certificate recognizes a client who reached a speaking goal with your help. It suits independent speaking coaches and small communication studios that work with clients one to one or in small groups. Speaking clubs that recognize member milestones can use it too.
The design is calm and modern. Dark green strips run down both side edges, with dark green corner brackets framing an off-white page with a faint dot grid. Two overlapping pale green speech bubbles sit in the top right, and a silver seal on the right reads "Awarded 2026." The heading pairs green capitals ("Certificate of Achievement") with a large green serif "in Public Speaking."
When a client finishes a coaching package, issue their certificate from your dashboard or connect your booking or course tools through Zapier so it goes out on its own.
What is a public speaking achievement certificate?
A public speaking achievement certificate is a certificate a coach or studio gives a client for reaching a defined speaking goal, such as adapting delivery to different audiences. Coaches use it to close a coaching package on a clear note and to give clients proof of the work they put in.
The achievement is set by you, so write it in plain terms in the description. Since there's no governing body for public speaking, the certificate's value comes from your name on it and the link that confirms you issued it. The certificate recognizes progress toward the goal you and your client set.

What should a public speaking achievement certificate include?
An achievement certificate should say what the client can now do. These fields are on the design.
Static fields
- Studio block: Your logo and name (e.g., Greenfield Communication Studio).
- Certificate title: The award name (e.g., Certificate of Achievement in Public Speaking).
- Seal: A round seal on the right (e.g., Awarded 2026).
- Signature and role areas: Two signature lines (e.g., Laura Jensen, Academy Director, and Omar Haddad, Speaking Coach).
Dynamic fields (automatically populated by Certifier)
- Recipient name: The client's full name (e.g., Mateusz Kowalczyk-Brown).
- Description: What the client achieved (e.g., the ability to organize ideas, present them clearly, and adapt delivery to different audiences and speaking situations).
- Level: The milestone reached (e.g., Achievement).
If you work alone, remove the second signature line in Certifier's design builder.
How to issue public speaking achievement certificates
Use these four steps when a client reaches their goal:
- Personalize the design: Add your studio logo and your signature. Write a description that matches the goal you set with your client.
- Add the client: Enter one client by hand, or upload a small group from a spreadsheet.
- Issue the certificate: Certifier emails the client their certificate with a link to their credential page.
- Invite them to share it: Suggest the client adds it to LinkedIn from their credential page. Each share shows your studio as the issuer.

Who issues public speaking achievement certificates?
Independent speaking coaches
Coaches work with clients through a set number of sessions. A certificate at the end gives clients something to show and keeps the coach's name in view.
Communication studios
Small studios with a few coaches run group programs and private coaching. One design works for both.
Independent speaking clubs
Clubs recognize members who reach a milestone they've set, like a first prepared speech. The level field holds the milestone name.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can customize the design and issue it on the free Starter plan, which allows up to 5 custom attributes. This template's custom fields (description and level) fit within that limit. The QR code needs the Professional or Advanced plan; on Starter, each certificate still links to its credential page.
When a client adds the certificate to LinkedIn, the entry links to their credential page, which names your studio as the issuer. People in the client's network who click it see who coached them. You can see in the Credential Repository which clients have shared their certificate.
Yes. Add one recipient by hand and issue right away. Bulk upload is there when you run a group program.
Yes. A public speaking achievement certificate gives a coaching client a dated record of the goal they reached, with a verification link that names your studio as the issuer. Each credential shows you whether the client opened, downloaded, or shared it.
